The communication was great. The arrangement I ordered had bright colored flowers in it. When she received them they had dark color flowers in them. They only thing I would have wanted to be different was the colors that were picked for the arrangement. She loved it overall so that was great! Thank you!

The flowers were beautiful and exactly as they were shown on the website. They were delivered in perfect timing and my mom loved them. The vase was gorgeous and matched the one in the image on the site as well. All of the flowers were lively, vibrant and perky. I couldnt believe how great they looked when my mom sent me a picture after she received them. I have already told all of my coworkers that if they ever want to send flowers to someone local, they should use Ava's.
