I was placing my order on-line and ended up calling you with a question. Claire was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. While you had same day service I asked if I would get fresher flowers if I had them delivered the next day and she suggested to be sure they were fresh, if I was ok with next day service, that's what we should do.
