I had to place a phone order for a funeral arrangement I could not attend. The staff was attentive and very helpful in selecting what I had in mind. My husband attended the funeral and said the arrangement was beautiful and perfect! Ava's made every effort to get the arrangement to the funeral home by the afternoon of the day the order was placed! Excellent overall customer service! Thank you
