The flowers were beautifully presented. Although I had concerns at the start; not receiving the email confirmation and then not being able to track my order possible due to the sales person putting the wrong area for my address ( I live in New Zealand not Oakland); when I contacted your service you quickly located my order and confirmed this for me. Really good follow up service once you were contacted with my concern. Thank you
