Highlands is a small town in Macon County that is located on a plateau in the Southern Appalachian Mountains. It was founded in 1875 by Samuel Truman Kelsey and Clinton Carter Hutchinson and is named for its 3850 ft elevation. We are proud to offer delivery to this beautiful town.
The town became something of a golfing mecca with the building of the Highlands Country Club. During the summer months, it attracts many southern visitors who come to enjoy the low heat and humidity that the town's elevation provides. The town is also home to the Martin-Lipscomb Performing Arts Center.
