I did not know of AvasFlowers. In fact I originally ordered with 1800Flowers which turned into a royal nightmare. I could not understand the customer service lady who had called me to say there wasn’t a florist or if there wasn’t flowers. I finally asked for a refund and that is when I found AvasFlowers. The rep I spoke with on the phone was clear and pleasant and made ordering very easy. I am very happy with the service provided all around.
