Wow!! Above and beyond customer service. I was very impressed and grateful for it. I found out at 9pm the night before my niece's graduation that flowers were not allowed. I wanted to ensure she received some on her graduation day, so I called Avas Flowers. It was 10am the day of and I requested delivery by 3pm when she would be leaving for the ceremony. You guys delivered at 230pm, and she was surprised and thrilled. You had her favorite, sunflowers and balloons delivered with ease. Receiving the update text was helpful as well. I thank you very much and will most certainly be calling you the next time I need flowers, plants, etc.
