James was so helpful and pleasant, especially since I was way past same day cutoff time. I had a specific request for an azalea and he had it. I truly appreciated his gesture to"break the rule" and it was delivered @ 7 pm that evening; it was a little more than i Had planned to spend but Lois loved it and it got there ON her birthday. I'm fairly sure it might have been delivered by "last owner or employee to leave!" Will definitely call Ava's again. I was 100% satisfied.
