My friend said the flowers were beautiful. From my perspective the only negative I have is that your advertising is deceptive. The cost of the flowers cost $25 more than what was indicated on your website, once all of the "fees" were added. I don't like that and because of the deception, I don't think I will order flowers from you again!

Beautiful flowers delivered at 9 am on the correct day, she was happy, sent me a photo and the arrangement was delightful. My only concern is I paid a fee $10 for early delivery, then you still charge me a $14 service fee and handling, which I found the fee is excessive. Spoke to other local florists, they don't charge both of them , makes me feel ripped off the service fee is not disclosed to you, until way after you order, when you check out, and the $79 dozen of roses cost me $115 total. Pretty flowers, but the fees were nickel and dime and no up front disclosures. Jason Yee
