I ordered flowers for my sister's 80 the birthday. I live in Ga. and she in New York. She received the flowers in a timely manner on her birthday and she loved all the vibrant colors and the quality of the flowers were awesome. The customer service rep. who took the order was very knowledgeable, patient, very good to work with. Stellar customer service. I am very satisfied with my purchase experience.

I live in central NY & have flowers delivered to central Maine so I'm not there to see the condition of what's delivered but my cousins that visit their Dad in a Nursing Home have said the flowers are perky fresh & last for days. I've lately ordered the small box of chocolates and the employees there say they're the ones that enjoy them! I'm very pleased with the choices of bouquets for a man and the fresh condition of them! Thank you Ava's!
