The gentleman I talked to was very responsive to my needs. I felt really good when he called to tell me my original order could not be filled and that an upgrade was going to be done even though the flowers had to be delivered a day later than requested. My friend who received the flowers called to thank me and was very pleased with the bouquet. She said they were absolutely beautiful. That was great to hear because when you deal with someone you do not know, you always worry that things might not be what you want. You scored a perfect 10.
