This can go public. Marybell was very helpful and friendly when I placed my order. It was just before Mother's Day and I know the phone lines were jammed, yet she was upbeat and very kind. As I wasn't able to find the funeral arrangements any sooner then the day of the viewing, I had to find a place that could deliver that day. The plant arrived on time and looked beautiful. Photos were sent to us by the recipient and they looked just like the photo I selected from!! I was worried if they would be nice or not, but my fears were relieved! They love the bouquet!!

You guys did and excellent job my recipient was very happy with the flowers and they appeared even more beautiful in person. I love your service and how kind enough to even call and have me a premium in my flowers because they don't deliver on Sunday.very pleased and will be ordering with Ava's again.
