I called Sue to order sympathy arrangement for best friend of my son and daughter-in-law. She was attentive and caring during our phone call. Flowers arrived as promised and were so beautiful, although there were many arrangements, they were chosen by the deceased's husband to be placed next to his chair for the visitation. They were also placed directly behind the casket for the funeral service. Thank you so much for your expertise and efficiency! Kristine Baird
