The flowers were delivered promptly before the funeral and were gorgeous. The recipients put them right by the casket because they were so pretty. I appreciated the delivery text.

Very happy with our arrangement. But what made our experience with Avas was that your delivery person drove around for HOURS trying to find the recipients. They have just moved into a new development and GPS has not been updated to reflect their address. Your delivery person called at least three times to try to find my cousins. Thank you...not just for the lovely flowers...but your dedication to pleasing your customers!
