Excellent service! I needed to send flowers to my step-daughter in New York (4 states away) on a really bad day for her. I ordered the flowers at 1:00 PM, and they were delivered at 4:00 PM! How fabulous. And the flowers were gorgeous and exactly as pictured. That was several days ago - and she has called specifically to thank me 3 times - says when she walks into the house and sees the flowers, she is immediately reminded that she is loved and that someone understands what she is going through right now - as a mother herself. Thank YOU!

I was so impressed with Ava's Flowers - and the recipient was as well. She said the driver called ahead of time to ensure she was home, hand-delivered the arrangement - and called afterwards to be sure she was happy with it. That to me is excellent customer service!!!! Thank you AVA!!!!
