Great experience. Website was user friendly and delivery arrived when promised. Communication was excellent. You kept me informed of receipt of order and delivery. One suggestion - a picture sent of order before delivery would allow buyer to know exactly was sent. So often, recipient is polite and tells sender that the flowers were beautiful because they are too polite to tell sender that the flowers were disappointing.
