Very satisfied with the entire experience. The customer service person was able to suggest a bouquet that fit with our budget and the entire transaction took less than 10 minutes by phone. The flowers were delivered so quickly we were surprised when we got a call from the customer already expressing her thanks for our considerate gift. Would definitely use Ava's Flowers again in the future.
