My order was placed by telephone. The representative who assisted me was cordial, courteous and helpful. I wanted the order delivered the day the order was placed. He called the funeral home while I waited. Since he couldn't get anyone, after we completed the order, he assured me that he would do his best to have the arrangement delivered that day. I received a text message that the arrangement was delivered. I appreciate the service received from the representative and he followed up with what he said he was going to do. I have used Ava's before and will continue.
