The person taking the order on the phone (Max?) was especially courteous. He carefully verified the spelling of unusual names, and suggested additional options in a helpful, non-pushy way. I took his suggestions for a card and a bow wrap for the vase. My sister was delighted with the flowers (delivered right on time!) and she sent me an e-mail photo of the very lovely bouquet.
