My experience could not have been any better. I called from out of town. Did not have a lot of details........just the home address of where the family was. No phone number. The gentleman who took my order was polite, patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what was available. He discussed types of flowers and costs associated with each type. After I selected what I wanted, he gave me the exact price and told me I would receive an invoice via e-mail and that I would receive a communication when the plant was delivered........and I did. I could not have asked for any better. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! THANK YOU!!
