From the website to delivery was flawless. The flowers arrived and were beautiful! The balloon did not make it with the flowers. When I contacted Ava's Flowers the charged back my card with no problem. I will certainly be using them again.

I wanted to thank you very much for being able to expedite my order to get to my Aunt's funeral on time. It was very short notice and the customer service person (Loretta) was extremely helpful and was able help us out. Although I didn't see the arrangement (I live out of state), I'm sure it was wonderful. Thank you for everything.
