My experience was good except a problem with the spelling of the address to where the order was going. I couldn't` seem to get the person I was talking to to understand how to spell it. But after seeing the email I called back and got it straightened out.

Once again I used Avas Flower's and I was very pleased not only with the funeral arrangement but also with the exceptional delivery instructions. Everything was perfect and on time and the family members present were able to pick out the arrangement I had sent for all of us.
