It's not my satisfaction that I base this feedback on, it's the satisfaction of the recipient. She was very surprised and pleased. The plant looked as close as the picture as I've ever seen. In the past when I've ordered sight unseen, either the item looked near dead or it was a completely different item altogether. I too am pleased and I will in the future order from your company again.
