The recipient stated the roses were beautiful! She was extremely pleased. My concern was that they would not be delivered from a local florist, because your customer service would not reveal the name of your "designer" even though he assured me they would be. I'm sure you have reasons to keep this secret (future orders through Ava's?) but it would seem for out of state orders it would have been appropriate to say, yes, they will be delivered by Margie's, or whatever. Thank you for insuring they were top quality.
