My experience was great! The customer service was awesome. I forgot to give the last name of the family and I received a call from a very nice customer service rep. The family received the basket and was very pleased. This was my first time ever sending flowers. I thank you for making the experience wonderful!

The flowers could not be delivered on the day I wanted due to not having a good selection of flowers in good shape. The delivery was moved to a couple of days later and I received an upgrade on them.....that was really appreciated..
