Looked you folks up on the internet when I was having trouble sending flowers to PA from Cali. I chose a beautiful looking sunflower arrangement to be delivered and much to my surprise it came from the farm and was delivered by UPS. It was nothing like the picture on the web. I thought maybe the closed flowers would open but after almost a week they had not yet and looked very dismal. You guys emailed me and asked what I thought of the service. Although I was upset I did not ask for a refund, however I did explain to you how disappointed I was. I was contacted immediately and asked for a picture of the arrangement. I sent the pic and I was told the arrangement would be re-sent for me at no charge. My recipient received a new hand arranged bouquet of colorful flowers that were spectacular. You guys really went above and beyond to make sure my order was made right at no charge to me. You have excellent customer satisfaction and really care about the products you sell and the people you deliver to. I will definitely use you again in the future. Thank you Ava's Florist!!

Funerals are not something that can tolerate mistakes or poor workmanship. The flowers were delivered on time and were perfect. The family was impressed and appreciative, so the execution of the order was perfect and greatly appreciated.
