The floral arrangement was done very nicely and Was delivered on time. The only issue was that the Message was not written on the card so the Recipients didn't know who sent them.

The floral arrangement was very pretty, thank you. The only thing I think you could improve is to let the customer know what time the flowers have been delivered. I asked that the flowers be delivered by 2 PM and kept checking on your site for an update on whether they were delivered yet but kept getting a response that there is no information at this time right up until 6:30 that evening. I still have no idea what time they were delivered.
