Order didn't get delivered on my mother's birthday (June 29th) which is the date I ordered it for. The bad part is that she and my stepfather stayed home all day waiting for this delivery. It was delivered the next day, and she loved the rainbow roses. She showed them to all her friends, so the end result was good. I do think, however, it would be beneficial to give a better window of time, like 3 hours, to deliver an order. All-in-all, your customer service rep was wonderful and assured me many times that she would personally follow the order. I will order again.
