I received a text that the order was delivered on Saturday. It wasn't. There was a snow storm on Saturday and the order wasn't delivered until Monday. I understand the delay due to weather. However, it was misleading to send me a text that my order was delivered on Saturday when this was not the case.

When ordering fresh cut flowers the ribbon bow and card should be offered additions instead of assuming the added expense. Your online ad states the price and free delivery.
