This was my third order of flowers from Ava's. The previous two experiences was wonderful. I got an email almost at the delivery time telling me the flowers had been delivered. This time when I checked to see if they had been delivered, it stated rescheduled. I rechecked the next day and it still stated rescheduled. I emailed to enquire about it. An attempt to deliver the previous day was made and a call made . The recepient decided to call and collect them which was great. But the system was never updated and I received no delivery confirmation. So I would have liked to have been informed.. That's all. The flowers were lovely and she was very pleased with them. Thanks
