Everything was great, my sister said the flowers were beautiful as they have always been in the past. However, I emailed you after my purchase and questioned the $25.00 Service Charge and didn't receive a reply, so I don't expect to receive an answer to this either. Will be shopping around for future flower purchases.

I sent this arrangement to my Mother in Law for Valentines Day. She was so excited by the arrangement and quality. All the flowers in the arrangement were fresh , full and beautiful. I would use avas flowers from now on!
