I appreciated a late minute delivery and the opportunity to take advantage of free shipping. I was able to locate you because you were a florist close to my delivery area. Definitely save about $10 and the product was as expected. I would recommend or use again.

Hello, I think please rate your experience with Avas Flowers should include an option for "excellent" or at least "very good". I'm a long way away in the west of Ireland and needed to send flowers for a funeral in Sonoma and you could not have made it easier. I know the family were delighted with the product delivered. Also I ran into a problem with the note I was putting on the card and I needed to email for help. Brian C responded within minutes and sorted everything out for me. I had great peace of mind knowing he was looking after my order. Thank you so much, Martina Burns.

Great experience. The recipient of the flowers had a brain tumor removed (and can't have flowers in hospital) - so sending them to family at home. Asked customer service to contact father (Shawn) to set up delivery. Customer service called this evening to let me know they're continuing to try Shawn's number to set things up. I appreciate the efforts, and would guess things will work out for a delivery by tomorrow. Thank you!

I loved working with Ava's- the prices and customer service are the best I've ever encountered. My only suggestion would be about the fact that i didn't get to see the finished product (which you most often never get to do), maybe a nice service would be to snap a photo of the bouquet before it is delivered to email to your clients?
