I placed an order over the phone for a floral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral of a dear friend. The young man that helped me at Ava's was very kind and professional. I requested a few changes from the picture of the flower arrangement. Our son was in attendance at the funeral and verified the arrangement was what I had requested and that it did indeed look very nice. It's so important at times like these that you can trust that your flowers are what you requested. Ava's certainly has my trust.

Though I did not actually see the bouquet as I live in Maine and the flowers were delivered to Florida...I liked all the different selections you offered.
