doing business via telephone can sometimes be frustrating but this was a good experience. I did not know what to expect but when my daughter called to thank me and was so excited about the large fruit basket that tasted wondeful. Her daughter loved the fruit . She kept saying so fresh it tasts real good. Will use you again Thanks Eileen

My daughter loved her rainbow roses! They were delivered when expected and in great condition. She sent me a picture taken shortly after they arrived :) How beautiful! Thank you! I normally wait to the last minute to have orders delivered (a bad habit I know). Although everything worked out just fine, I was wondering if you have a 24 hour delivery option since HPU is so close to the base. I seem to remember something like that was available on the site but for some reason I couldn't get it to work. I forget exactly what it was. Not a problem at all though. I was happy with the service and she was delighted with the flowers!

Thank you for excellent customer service! I placed my order and had it delivered the same day. I received an email upon my order being placed and received another email when the order was received. We have family living in Washington and we are in OH so it's so nice to know we can rely on your florist. We shared this with the rest of our family this weekend!
