My daughter was so surprised to find the flowers I ordered waiting for her when she got to work. She had been having a bad week and I just wanted to send her something to "pick me up". One of the individual flowers in the arrangement I chose was not available - you called, but had to leave a message to let me know You also told me what you would be using as a substitute. You also e-mailed to let me know. I sincerely appreciate the customer service from Ava's and I will certainly keep your information handy .... for the next time. Thank you for your prompt delivery and excellent customer service.
