I was pleased with the online experience and with the delivery service provided by Ava's Flowers. The only negative comment I would have to make is the customer service contact I had at the 1-877-638-3303 telephone number. I spoke with a polite agent but it became clear that the call center was located somewhere outside the U.S. I was not impressed with that aspect of my experience with Ava's.
