The customer service representative who took my order over the phone was very courtesy, patient, and through. The basket of flowers was full and nicely arranged, very closely matching the picture on the website. I requested the delivery be made by 1:30pm as the viewing started at 2:00. I was concerned when my emailed confirmation stated delivery by 4:00 pm which was the time of the service. The flowers were there at the earlier hour, but had been placed in the room for the service and not in the room for the viewing which is what I expected although I did not make a request as to where the flowers should be placed. Placing the flowers may be a regional custom that varies from my own region. I was relieved when I learned that the flowers had arrived in ample time.
