The service was good and the flower arrangement was good. However the color of the flower was not as shown. I expected the orange purple, yellow combinations as shown, but got maroon flowers which is the recipients least favorite color. The balloon was beautiful however the round balloon was not fully inflated when received. Is there partial refund for this?. Thank you Noreen
