I have used Avas several times and I have been very pleased. I do think it would be very beneficial if you had a rewards program for loyal customers. As an example, I use CVS much more than I use Walgreens because they seem very grateful for my business - and yes they show that by giving me a loyalty discount. Just an opinion to help gain more loyalty and business. Thanks.

I placed the order from out-of-state by phone. The person taking the order was very courteous, efficient, and helpful. The delivery was very timely, and the recipient was pleased with the flowers.
