After my online order, I had called customer service to modify the arrangement because the recipient is allergic to roses... I first person I spoke with disconnected my call, after being put on hold for several minutes, but the next person that I spoke with was able to contact the florist & request no roses in the bouquet, so that worked out. The recipient was very happy with her flowers.
