I placed my first two orders with you in June. I was very pleased with the ease of ordering/website, the prices and the quality and look of the arrangements (from what I was told from the recipients). My first order was a same day delivery and I was very pleased that the order was in fact delivered on the same day and at no extra cost. The 2nd order, however, was ordered 3 days prior to the desired delivery date, but was also delivered on the same day as the order. While I was pleased with the speed, I was disappointed that my step-daughter received the flowers several days before her birthday. All in all, I'm happy with the service. I would ask that closer attention is paid to delivery dates.

I called the toll free number to place my order as I had questions that the web site could not help me with. The young man was so helpful that I am so happy I found your web site, it was by luck. If all the employees that are helping customer calls are as friendly and helpful you will have a 100% satisfaction.
