I was out of the country when I ordered the flowers. The web site was easy to use, the person I talked to was wonderful, very helpful and cheerful. The writing on the card was lovely, i would love to have that penmanship. The flowers were beautiful. My daughter in law was so touch she cried, then posted both the card and flowers on instagram. Rest assured, if I ever need flowers delivered in Charlotte, I will call on you. Thank you for such a good experience
