This is the first time I had done business with you. I ordered on line and the process was very simple and straight forward. The flowers were hand delivered by the owner of the establishment because the recipient had been out and didn't get home till later and they wanted to make sure my wishes were followed. I was told the flowers were beautiful and perfect for this special lady. I appreciate the care they took and I will order again from you Thank you

Appreciated your prompt delivery for a 96th birthday! I had hesitated to order during your busy Easter week and placed the order the day after Easter for delivery that day and it was delivered promptly.
