I was very impressed with the speed of the order - even the phone call to tell me of the change in flower arrangement. I had a hard time understanding the person on the other end of the line, but she really did try to help me, i just couldn't understand her thick accent. She tried very hard to help me. But overall, I was very happy with the arrangement of flowers and the service.
