My sister in law sent me a picture of the flowers I had sent for her birthday. They are beautiful, and she loved them too! Very great customer service. Call multiple times to make sure someone would be there for delivery time. Luckily I put my number instead of the recipients or else they would have called them and ruined the surprise. Maybe have a option on your site when checking out for that!
