The ordering process was painless and handled very professionally. The flowers were delivered on the same day I ordered them even though I ordered them in the afternoon! The recipient who had just experienced a bad fall was really cheered up by the flowers, which she said were LOVELY in all capital letters! Thank you very much for your help with this request.
