You did well with the flowers. However you miss spelled her name even though I clearly spelled it out for your phone operator multiple times. Maybe you should screen you employees better, or teach them to understand English please after all this is america.

The flowers were delivered on time, they were fresh, gorgeous and looked just like the picture and they helped make her Birthday special being thousands of miles from home. Also the gentleman that helped me on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. It was overall a great experience. Thank you so much!!! :)
