Website was easy to navigate and lots of choices. Had a few questions on details, thus called direct and spoke with Agent/Rep Kevin. As per the "pin" he saw everything I had started and thus I didn't have to start over. He answered my questions quickly, clearly and with complete satisfaction. He took time to review the order and processed to complete very efficiently. I'm very pleased and can not wait to see the arrangement at the funeral next week.
