The orchid was very pretty and looked healthy. The basket it was in was very nice, however I would have preferred the white as advertised. The price was quite a bit higher than it should have been.

My mom received her flowers on time in a beautiful display. No assembling to unwrap flowers and place in a vase. It was a beautiful arrangement all in 1. Mom loved it!

Thank you for the courteous phone service. talked to my Aunt and she said the flowers were just gorgeous. she did have the concern that you were about 20 miles from her place and hoped we didn't pay a huge delivery charge! the price of the bouquet and service charges would be the same in Canada not adding the exchange. thank you again M
