I was so pleased with the way my order was handled by the clerk. It was extremely friendly and helpful. The balloon arrangement was beautiful. I was able to see pictures of it after the delivery. I was skeptical about ordering from a retailer on-line. However, it was great. I shall keep the name and number for future use. Thanks for helping to make my daughter-in-law birthday very special.

It was easy to order and get delivery the same day. Although I don't know if I was talking to someone actually in the florist shop, my order was delivered and my friend was appreciative.
